Step 1: Create your Client Portal
As a virtual tax office, we prioritize our clients' sensitive information. With our secure client portal, you can safely upload your documents, access important tax files, and communicate with our team from anywhere. Our encrypted system ensures your personal and financial data remain protected at all times. Stay organized, track the progress of your tax returns, and receive timely updates—all in one convenient, user-friendly platform.
Step 2: Complete Intake Forms
Intake forms allow us to gather the essential information needed to set up and process your tax return accurately. This includes names, birthdates, Social Security numbers, dependent details, business statements, and key contact information. Providing a valid phone number and email ensures we can reach you and deliver your completed return promptly. Missing information may cause delays in processing.
Step 3: Submit Your Forms & Documents
In the client portal, navigate to the Files section and securely upload all required IDs and tax documents. To ensure a smooth and efficient filing process, please review our checklist for a complete list of necessary documents. Missing documents may delay your return.
Step 4: Preparation
Congratulations! You've completed your part—now it's our turn to work diligently to secure the best possible outcome for you. Please stay available in case we need follow-up information or additional documents to ensure a smooth and accurate filing process.
Step 5: Return Review & Signature
Once your tax return is complete, we will schedule a Zoom call to review the details and provide a comprehensive breakdown of the outcome. During this session, we’ll also offer personalized recommendations and tax planning advice for the upcoming year while addressing any questions or concerns you may have. Once you’re satisfied and agree with the return, we will proceed with the e-signature process to finalize and file your return securely.
Payment & E-file
Once payment is received, we will proceed with e-filing your return and provide you with a signed copy for your records.
